Ltdedition is an international commercial platform which aims to work jointly with brands and retailers, in order to construct an outcome of shared value, arranged with an intuitive vision of sustainable fashion. The foundation of this enterprise invites authentic suppliers, certified for sustainable products to create through us, as we stand as a forum for global sourcing; geographically based in India, Bangladesh and China. We volunteer to manage the supply chain for all your necessities and desires in the domain of apparels, shoes, accessories and home furnishings. We ensure you get the supreme deals within the shortest time-frame, enhanced with the quality you want. The focal point of our existence will continue to be environment sustainability. Our India Office was established in 1994 by the name of Colveta India Ltd under Coltex retail group, a holding with 4 well known fashion retail-brands with stores in The Netherlands and Belgium, After a take over in 2015 by the Belgian FNG group we operated for their 7 retail brands, untill unfortunately during Covid 19 this early August a bankruptcy made an end to more than 30 years of our service to the European market. We as team in India were disheartened, but our spirit was not! We believe in crisis, opportunities are born and overnight the plan took shape, yes we dare to do it again…!
With our expertise as our backbone and believe in our hearts, this company was created. When you believe in yourself, the universe comes along with you and the path starts opening by itself…And we are here all set for you to work together and find like-minded co-partners who don’t just work, but also love what they do.

With the force and passion for this business “Ltdedition” was founded by Gurminder together with her team to bring the fashion industry the dedication in creating the best sustainable products.
